Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping is only available for domestic orders within the United States and Singapore.
  2. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
  3. We charge $3.99 shipping fee for orders below $25. Orders above $25 are shipped for free.
  4. For USA orders: All our products are stocked in the United States, and we use Amazon Fulfillment Service to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
  5. For Singapore orders: Products are stocked in our Singapore-based local fulfillment center and will be delivered via local SG shipping partners.
  6. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@britelune.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages, Loss, and other issues 

At BriteLune, we’re dedicated to delivering products of exceptional quality. Every tumbler you receive is designed to meet the highest standards and is free from manufacturing defects. If you discover any manufacturing issues, we’ll provide a replacement or refund to make it right. With BriteLune, you can enjoy peace of mind, sustainability, and stylish hydration!

For loss, damage, theft, missing or wrong items, return to sender, and other carrier mistakes, we provide easy and no-hassle replacements. Just write to us at support@britelune.com to start the replacement/refund process.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
