🥤 This Week — Iron & Glow Morning Tonic
1 cup warm water · Juice of half a lemon · 1 tsp blackstrap molasses · ¼ tsp ground ginger · Pinch of sea salt.
Warm the water, stir in molasses until dissolved, squeeze in lemon, add ginger and salt. Drink slowly before breakfast.
